Legislators cast wide next with bills on outdoors recreation

With little more than six weeks remaining in their 85th biennial, 140-day regular session, Texas lawmakers have yet to pass any of the 80 or so pieces of proposed legislation that could directly impact the state’s millions of anglers, boaters, hunters and others who participate in outdoor recreation.
